Soundpickr is a data supercharged NFT marketplace. We’re passionate about music and excited by the infinite possibilities NFTs bring to the industry.

We give investors & fans all the tools and data they need to make the right NFT purchases. Musicians and music companies get all the tools needed to create and distribute NFTs whilst ensuring all rights holders are credited and paid their fair share.

We are looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team:

Whether you are an ambitious graduate or hungry to get into sales, we are looking for go-getters to apply to work in the Business Development Team.

The role will drive growth through strategic and aggressive market acquisition.

This role is hard work, involves significant outbound sales, cold calling/emailing, and is one of the most rewarding meritocratic jobs available. Individuals successful in this team are quick to be promoted, are well remunerated through generous bonus structures and even get access to equity in the company.

You Will:

  • Learn about music and blockchain technology

  • Have a direct role in scaling revenue

  • Generate new contact databases

  • Identify new business opportunities and leads

  • Follow up new business opportunities and set up meetings

About You:

  • You are driven, entrepreneurial and extremely ambitious.

  • Are motivated, results-driven and able to work to deadlines

  • Are able to work independently and also in a team environment

  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Incredible attention to detail

  • Interest in music and crypto technologies

  • Need to be highly organised

  • Exceptional CRM hygiene

  • Extensive experience planning and managing multiple engagements effectively

  • Be able to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence

  • Self-motivation with a strong desire to succeed

  • Ability to think and act strategically
